WP7 - Management and Dissemination
Work Package 7 aims at ensuring the smooth, coherent and joined-up delivery of the work promised as well as the dissemination and communication of the research conclusions and findings to the relevant audiences.
The overall management of the project is taken care of by the Project Management Team (PMO). The team is responsible for the project overall coordination, quality insurance, ethical compliance and project reporting.
Among other responsibilities, it is responsible for:

Acting as central point of contact with the European Commission.

Organising the internal flow of information amongst the Consortium partners.

Providing guidance to the different WP leaders.

Monitoring the progress in the achievement of the deliverables and milestones.

Preparing and following up on the Steering Committee and Advisory Board meetings.
The dissemination strategy aims at ensuring the accessibility of the project's work and the highest level of visibility and impact of the project's activities to the relevant communities. It targets not only to the scholarly community but also to the wider public and private sector policy communities with a professional interest in the field of cultural and science diplomacy. To this end, it focus on the dissemination of both scholarly and policy-focused work.
The dissemination strategy intends to:

Develop an extensive dissemination programme for targeted audiences.

Ensure interactions between the target audience and the research consortium.

Engage and raise awareness among the targeted political actors and stakeholders.
The WP7 work is undertaken by the VUB.
